  • Height 5 7/8  in., 15 cm
each carved as an ancient bronze gu, with relief-carved stiff plantain leaves to the flared neck and base, the bulbous central section with archaistic beast masks, the stone of mottled, icy pale-celadon green tones, wood stands (4)

Condition

One vase has two small chips to the rim. Both vases with expected wear tot the surface overall and minute nicks to the rims and along edges. Please note that this lot includes a stand, frame or other component made from a type of Chinese hardwood, which, if exported, will require a CITES permit to leave the United States.
