Description

  • Height of tallest 13 1/2  in., 34.3 cm
the rectangular-sectioned set comprised of three baluster-form vases and covers and two beaker vases, each similarly slip-decorated and enameled with leafing peony emerging from rockwork, the covers with lion-form knops (8)

Condition

Two of the covers have been broken and restored. The upper sections of both beaker vases have been restored. Minor chips, enamel flakes and bruises to all. The enamels have been retouched.
