  • Height of tallest 12 in., 30.5 cm
comprising two candlesticks and a ding-form censer and cover, all decorated with iron red dragons, each contesting a 'flaming pearl', amidst colorful cloud wisps, the censer with an eight-character mark reading Jingdezhen Tongzhiweng Jianzao 'supervised by Tongzhiweng at Jingdezhen', in blue enamel (4)

Condition

Please note that the candlesticks appear to be from the same set while the censer has slightly different painting. There is a minor chip to the edge of the branch-form knop on the lid. Each piece with firing imperfections including iron spots and potting flaws. The edges with fritting and wear to the enamels and gilt areas. Residue acretions to the surface.
