painted to the interior with a central medallion enclosing two confronting phoenix amidst clouds, the exterior similarly decorated, the base with a six-character reign mark
Provenance
Acquired in Hong Kong, 1980s.
Condition
The rim with a shallow flake chip, minor frits, a glazed over short firing tear and a bit uneven. The dish with wear and minor imperfections consistent with age and use.
