painted by Gavril Sudarchikov after the design by Sergei Chekhonin, with hammer, sickle and cog dated 1921, green Imperial cypher of Nicholas II dated 1907, inscribed in Russian 'after the design by Checkhonin' and with painter's initials GS (Cyrillic)
Condition
There is a firing flaw at 9 o'clock on the rim, which is visible in the catalogue photo. There is some were to the mauve band at the underside edge of the rim.
