- 29cm. high, 49cm. wide, 28cm. deep, 11½in., 19¼in., 11in.
the hinged lid with a recess within and opening to reveal a storage compartment, the fall front opening to reveal two concealed short drawers
Condition
In overall reasonable restored condition. Losses, old marks, scratches and lifting to veneers consistent with age and use. A significant veneer loss to top left edge of lid and significant horizontal crack to lid. Brass mounts with minor old marks and scratches and some screws missing but mounts are still securely fixed. One drawer with shrinkage to wood lining. The other extensively restored and possibly replaced. Similarly, the two removeable blocks to the interior of the lid have possibly been replaced.
