4° (210x135 mm), frontespizio in cornice architettonica xilografica, spazi vuoti per letterine guida, legatura coeva in pelle di vitello con impressioni a secco, cofanetto, ultime tre carte mancanti e successivamente sostituite con carte in facsimile, piccoli segni di restauro su alcune carte del volume con mancanza di alcune lettere sul verso del frontespizio, dorso riparato e bordi dei piatti riparati, mancano bindelle
