Condition

Executed on cream wove paper, not laid down and hinged to the overmount along the upper edge with tape. The left and upper edges are deckled. There are a few pinholes notably at all four corners. Examination under UV light reveals no evidence of retouching. There is a spot of minor paint shrinkage in the red pigment (approx. 7 cm from the lower edge and 14 cm from the right edge). There are a few hairline lines of craquelure in the blue pigment towards the left part of the upper edge. The sheet is slightly light stained. Colours are fresh and vivid. This work is in overall good condition.
