- star-shapped tear starting on the pope's chest towards his arms, hands, down to the chair - scattered retouched on the surface, especially on the white dress and the red cape - light scratches scattered on the surface, especially a horizontal scratch on the dress - a few repaints visible alongside the borders under UV light
