Condition
The canvas is lined, the paint surface is relatively clean and the varnish is rather discoloured and uneven. There is a pin-prick loss upper right. There are a few visible retouchings scattered in the background, most notably in the lower left corner. Inspection under ultraviolet light reveals a handful of small sensitive retouching scattered in the birds but little other intervention is visible beneath the milky varnish. In overall very good condition. Offered in a plain parcel gilt wood frame.
