Condition

Kingswear looking towards Dartmouth: The colours are fresh. There are occasional foxmarks and the sheet lies unevenly on the sheet. Rowing out to a ship at anchor: A number of the more delicate pigments have dropped back, particularly in the sea. The work is laid down
