Condition
The canvas appears original. There are faint stretcher bar marks along the upper and lower edges, and minor undulation to the canvas in places. There are three short scratches to the work at the extreme upper left corner and a small number of light scuffs and handling marks to the work. There is some general surface dirt. Subject to the above, the work appears in very good overall condition. Inspection under ultra violet light reveals no obvious signs of fluorescence or retouching. The work is unframed.
