Condition
The sheet is attached to the mount with two tabs of adhesive tape to upper and lower edges and one tab at the centre of the left and right edges. There is one Artist's pinhole to the upper left corner and two Artist's pinholes to the upper edge. The sheet has been slightly unevenly cut along the upper edge. There is a historic crease to the lower left corner with very minor undulations to the sheet and rounding to the extreme edges of the corners. There are two or three very small flecks of loss to the grey background and a small area of rubbing to the upper part of the right edge. There are speckles of staining and surface matter to the sheet to the left of centre, including to the woman's chin. Subject to the above, the work appears in good overall condition with strong, fresh colours throughout. The work is float mounted and is held behind glass in simple painted wooden frame.
