Each set with oval and circular-cut rubies and brilliant-cut diamonds, signed Van Cleef & Arpels, numbered.
Condition
Accompanied by SSEF report no. 103298, stating that the rubies are of Burmese origin, with no indications of heating; together with a Gübelin report no. 9002040-2A and 9002040-2B, dated 12 March 1990, stating that the rubies are of Burmese origin. Signed VAN CLEEF & ARPELS, numbered N.Y. 36772, stamped 585 for 14 carats gold. The ten largest rubies weighing 2.84, 2.72, 2.49, 2.31, 2.25, 2.18, 2.16, 2.05, 1.97, and 1.96 carats, well matched in colour, red of medium strong saturation, with typical inclusions, some surface reaching, some with nicks and abrasions. Diamonds estimated to weigh a total of approximately 10.00 - 12.00 carats, on average G-H colour, VS clarity, as gauged and graded in the mount. Minor evidence of wear to the metal. In good condition. Total gross weight approximately 36 grams.
