Description

Of blackamoor design, the head composed of carved tortoiseshell, embellished with cabochon turquoise, signed Cartier, numbered, French assay mark for gold and maker's mark, case stamped Cartier.

Condition

Signed Cartier Paris, numbered 017863, French maker's mark for Cartier and assay mark for 18 carat gold. Turquoise well matched in colour. Diamonds bright and lively. Tortoiseshell* with minor abrasions, one slight crack on the side. Scratches to the metal consistent with light use. In very good condition. Gross weight approximately 17 grams. Case stamped CARTIER.
