- Largest plaque approximately 47.18 x 24.35 x 1.97mm.
Designed as a butterfly, the wings set with carved jadeite plaques of high translucency and brilliant emerald green colour, the antenna set en tremblant with brilliant-cut diamonds, to the body decorated with an oval opal, brilliant-cut and rose diamonds, the eyes enhanced by diamonds of yellow tint, mounted in 18 karat white gold.
Condition
Accompanied by Hong Kong Jade & Stone Laboratory certificate numbered SJ 164017, dated 30 January 2018, stating that the jadeite tested is natural, known in the trade as "A Jade". Please refer to certificate for further details. Stamped Au750 and 18KWG for 18 karat white gold, d1.74ct and 2.00ct referring to the total weight of the diamonds and opal. Jadeite plaques are highly translucent and of brilliant emerald green colour, suffused with intense emerald green streaks and with a few black specks. Upon strong illumination, there are a few small internal fissures, some minor surface blemishes, and some minor abrasions and nicks at the edges, but all are not noticeable under normal lighting and naked eye. Opal of white body colour with strong play-of-colour phenomenon, a few fine scratches. Diamonds are bright and lively. Signs of little wear to the metal, overall in very good condition. Please note the diamonds of yellow tint have not been tested for natural colour origin.
