Condition
Original board. The board is very slightly bowed, visible upon very close inspection, but otherwise appears stable. There are a number of very fine scratches, scuffs and incisions throughout with associated minute losses, which are thought to be in keeping with the Artist's technique and medium. There are a few small flecks of surface dirt and studio matter but, subject to the above, the work appears to be in very good overall condition. Inspection under ultraviolet light reveals no obvious signs of retouching or fluorescence. The work is presented in a painted wooden frame. Please telephone the department on +(44) 0207 293 6424 if you have any further questions regarding the present lot.
