Condition

The sculpture appears sound. There is a very small nick to the woman's face, just above her proper right eye. There are a handful of very small flecks of staining to the sculpture, including to just above the woman's left eye, to the rim of the integral base at the front near the left and just to the right of centre, to the underside of the woman's right leg, and to her left foot. There is some possible rubbing to the integral base towards the back right corner. There is some surface dirt and matter in the pitted areas of the sculpture with further flecks in scattered areas across the piece including to the figure's chest and right arm and to the right of the base. The work has an integral Artist's base and is attached to a wooden base with two screws which are slightly loose. Subject to the above, the work appears to be in very good overall condition.
