Made as a gift by the Artist for the present owner

There are 19 buttons in the present lot. A matching set of six with gold lustre to the impressed decoration; a set of five matched black buttons, with eight further mis-matched buttons all in dark black or navy blue glazes. The buttons are all press-moulded with fixing loops on the reverse. There are some firing defects to these reverses, in line with glaze runs in the kiln. There are a few instances of slight loss to the gold lustred impressed holes, but otherwise the buttons appear in good overall appearance and are still fully functioning.
