Condition

Overall in very good condition consistent with age and gentle handling. Please note the color is deeper and much more tonally rich in person when compared against the catalogue illustration. The gilt surfaces throughout present with minor scattered oxidation and staining concentrated to the base of the dress and the rear proper left end of the shade which are commensurate with age and not visually disruptive. The lamp is 17 1/2 in. wide and 9 1/4 in. deep. A fine example in very good condition. Sotheby's does not guarantee electrical components and suggests having all wiring inspected by a licensed electrician.
