This work is still stretched on its original stretcher. The paint layer may be slightly dirty, but it looks well nonetheless. There are three horizontal lines of cracking which are slightly unstable in the forearm of the seated woman, and two others in the raised arm of the figure behind. The only retouches seem to be in the right shoulder of the woman behind. The condition would improve if the paint layer were stabilized in these isolated areas.
