Condition

The canvas is not lined. The surface is clean and a richly textured impasto is well-preserved. There is a layer of varnish on the surface. Under UV light, there are nailhead sized restorations at all four corners, and in one spot in the sky in the upper left. There are also pindot retouches in the sky at the center of the composition, otherwise fine. The work is in good condition.
