Condition

The canvas is not lined. There is a milky varnish preventing UV light from fully penetrating; however, examination under UV light appears to reveal a small spot of retouching to the upper right corner. There is some minor craquelure visible, in particular to the white pigment of the clouds, and there is some pigment shrinkage in places. This work is in overall good condition.
