- A LIMITED EDITION STAINLESS STEEL CHRONOGRAPH WRISTWATCH WITH REGISTERS AND BRACELET REF ST 145.022 NO 0051/2000 SPEEDMASTER CIRCA 1969
- diameter 42 mm, bracelet circumference approximatively 180 mm
• cal. 861 manual winding movement, 17 jewels • black dial, applied luminous baton indexes, 3 engine-turned subsidiary dials for constant seconds, 30-minute and 12-hour registers • stainless steel case, black bezel calibrated for 500 units, two round chronograph pushers to the band, screw-down back inscribed with "THE FIRST WATCH WORN ON THE MOON" • case, dial and movement signed • with a stainless steel Omega bracelet and folding clasp
Condition
The movement and all chronograph functions are in working condition at the time of cataloguing. The dial is in very good over all condition, however the indexes has been relumed and all hands has been replaced. The bezel with minor dings toward the edges, at 6 o'clock and 9 o'clock. The band with a minor pinhead ding at 4 o'clock and 10 o'clock.The case back with signs of wear and tiny pinhead dings toward the edges, otherwise the watch is in good overall condition. The bracelet is slightly stretched.

Catalogue Note
The present Speedmaster is limited to 2000 pieces and introduce in 1969. It is further more retained in very original and appealing condition. For similar example of the Speedmaster Moon Phase, please see "The Master of Omega" by Alberto Isnardi, pages 46 to 51.
