Catalogue Note

The present lot features a polychrome enamel miniature of three putti resting in the clouds flanked by a floral wreath. The enamel is based on the painting by Sir Joshua Reynolds, titled Heads of Angels, painted in 1786.  The watch itself is fitted with a larger case than Patek would typically use for these beautiful pendant watches increasing its rarity.
