Description

Condition

The illustration of the catalogue is accurate. Good overall condition despite the inevitable minor dents, marks and scratches due to age and use. There are some minor restorations to the mahogany. There are two vertical shrinkage cracks on each lateral panels. A small rectangular mahogany veneer piece is missing at the reverse of a door. The gilding is original but has been cleaned. There are some very minor chips and surface scratches to the grey marble top. Beautiful quality of chasing, impressive front ormolu elements.
