the flat, two-sided figure of an Indian Chief, brightly painted, with buttoned leather stockings,holding a bunch of pointed cigars; the side with wrought Iron hooks for hanging.

Condition

Some losses and flaking but most of paint seems intact and original. Feet are loose and hand with cigars loose.
