Condition

The canvas is wax lined and the edges of the original canvas are trimmed. There is frame abrasion at the left and right edges and craquelure throughout. Under UV: there is scattered inpainting throughout with several large passages in the sky, one at the bow of boat, a 6 x 1 inch horizontal line to the right of the boat's pipe. There is a rectangle of inpainting to the original stretcher bar marks bordering the work 1/2 inch from the edge.
