Condition
Overall in very good condition. When viewed in person, the color is accurate in the printed catalogue illustration. The glass elements appear undisturbed and present with scattered minor air bubbles and particulate inclusions inherent in the making, partially visible in the catalogue illustration. The shade with a few completely transparent areas near the rim, inherent in production and are not visually disruptive. The metal elements with minor scattered oxidation and surface soiling to the recessed areas. A highly naturalistic and superbly executed example with excellent provenance. Sotheby’s does not guarantee electrical components and recommends having all wiring inspected by a licensed electrician.
