Condition
Overall in very good condition. The color when viewed in person is accurate in the printed catalog. The wooden surfaces with minor scuffs and scratches consistent with age and gentle use. The upper carved elements of each leg have been professionally and sensitively restored, concentrated to the inner sections near the table top surface and are not visually disruptive. The joins throughout with minor shrinkage some of which have been professionally and sensitively filled. The upper proper left side of one leg near the apron join with a minor veneer loss measuring approximately 1 1/2 x 1/4. Traces of old, non-active wood worm along the apron, and underneath the table not visually disruptive. A fine example that displays the sinuous lines and masterful carving synonymous with the designer.
