Condition
This work is in original unlined condition. The surface is visibly dirty and there are dots of discoloration throughout. Isolated lines of craquelure and pigment separation are visible in the sky. There is a small, eraser sized area where some of the pigment has been lost in the figure's hair below her proper right ear; and a 1/2 inch wide dent to the right of her proper right elbow with associated minor loss, lifting, and impact craquelure. Under UV: there is a horizontal area of broad retouching to the left of and below the signature.
