Condition
This work is in original unlined condition. The varnish is yellowed and the surface appears dirty. There are two small impacts visible in the upper left, as well as minor losses in one of the central figures. Widely patterned craquelure is visible. Under UV: old varnish fluoresces green; a ½ inch wide spot of inpainting appears at lower right (visible to the naked eye); and old areas of inpainting and reinforcement fluoresce faintly.
