Condition
Oil on panel. There are 1/2 inch wide vertical extensions extending the height of the work that have been attached to all four edges, though only the left and right extensions are visible when framed. There are minor signs of abrasion around the seams of these extensions. There are a few minor, vertical panel cracks extending from the top edge no more than an inch in length, some with associated losses. There is barely perceptible, finely patterned craquelure on and around the dogs and in the darker pigments. Under UV: no apparent retouches.
