Condition

Oil on canvas laid down on board. There is visible surface dirt and finely patterned, stable craquelure throughout, which is mostly visible in the darker pigments. There are a few pinpoint dots of discoloration at upper right, with one in the center and one to the right of the base of the column. Under UV: a green fluorescing varnish covers the picture surface which is difficult to read through, though there appear to be no retouches.
