The necklace of woven design, the front set with circular-cut rubies and single-cut diamonds, length approximately 410mm, maker's mark, case stamped R; the brooch of floral design set with cabochon rubies and circular- and single-cut diamonds, maker's mark for Gübelin. 

Necklace stamped R, brooch with maker's mark for Gübelin, each stamped 750 for 18 carat gold. Rubies well matched in colour, red of medium strong saturation. with typical inclusions some surface reaching, some abrasions and nicks. Diamonds bright and lively. Scratches and tarnish to the metal consistent with age and normal use. In good condition. Total gross weight approximately 112 grams. Case stamped R.
