Catalogue Note

Model 1039 was exhibited for the first time at the ninth Salon des Ateliers d'Art in France in 1954.
One example was exhibited by Maison Madelou, two others by Maison Rivoli and another one by Maison Ponthieux, all of them in Paris.
If the exhibition model had remained in the studio, only five black models would have been produced. We would like to thank Mr Philippe Chambost for his help with the cataloguing of this lot.

This lot is sold with a certificate from Mr Philippe Chambost.
