Condition
Total height (with the shade) : 39 cm Height of the base only : 21 cm Overall good condition. The gilt metal with some surface scratches and tiny oxidation stains scattered. The gilding presents with some wear and tarnishing, mostly concentrated to the handle of the base and the stem, consistent with age and use. The metal element that holds the shade with some dents along the edges and scattered rust.The leather with a few light scratches and light abrasions, concentrated to the underside. The corners of the leather base with small lifting of leather, consistent with age and use. The shade has been replaced at a later stage and presents with a few stains and a few areas of lifting. Sotheby's does not guarantee electrical components and suggests having all wiring inspected by a licensed electrician.
