Condition

This work is in good condition overall, taking its age into account. The media layer and all wooden elements are secure. Warping is present in each panel, primarily in the upper and lower panels; however, each of the individual panels are secure in the frame. The work is very lightly soiled. Minor scuffs and pinpoint spots of media loss are present to the painted wooden elements throughout. In the lower right quadrant, three grey scuffs measuring 1 inch each in length are present to the cylindrical element in the second row from the top, second in from the right. Under raking light inspection, a few minor pinpoint spots of inpainting become apparent on the wooden elements.
