Condition

This work is in good condition overall. The sheet presents a fine band of mat-burn around each of the edges, measuring approximately 1/4 inch in width. In the lower left corner, two horizontal bronze-colored accretions are present, measuring 1/2 and 1/4 inch in length respectively. Each of the three paper collage elements present an aged surface, with minor spots of foxing throughout, which is consistent with the age of the work and the materials utilized by the artist. The two pieces of fabric also present an aged and lightly worn appearance, which may be inherent. In the upper left quadrant, a 1/4 inch diagonal scuff is present one inch from the upper edge of the work. Framed.
