Condition

This work is in very good condition overall. There is evidence of light handling to the artist’s frame including a minor chip to the upper left corner and faint hairline craquelure along the pull margins. The colors are bright, fresh and clean. Under very close inspection, a few small, unobtrusive pinpoint black spot accretions are visible. Under Ultraviolet light inspection, two pinpoint drip accretions fluoresce lightly and a faint abrasion in the upper right corner fluoresce lightly do not appear to be the result of restoration. Framed in artist’s frame.
