There is very light overall wear to the wood back and front covers, the wood front cover has become disattached. Several leaves have become disattached. There is overall staining to the paper mounts around the calligraphies. The paper along the centre fold of all leaves is stained and worn along the fold. There is overall brownish staining to the paper on all twelve leaves with some losses to the paper on written characters. On some leaves the staining is heavier than on others.
