Description

  • 9.3 cm, 3 5/8  in.
of cylindrical section, finely carved and hollowed in the form of a magnolia flower borne on stems issuing leafy sprays and attendant buds around the exterior, the transparent yellow stone with typical cloud inclusions

Condition

The brushpot is in good condition. There are some typical inclusions and veining. There is pitting to the interior surface. There is also a small flake possibly with some retouching to one place at the rim.
