Arabic manuscript on paper, 115 leaves plus 5 fly-leaves, 10 lines to the page, written in naskh script in black ink, ruled in gold black and red, verses separated by fine gold and polychrome rosettes of different types, opening bifolium decorated with an illuminated heading and margins with gold interlacing scrolls, f.15a and 16b with illustrations of Mecca and Medina, f.112a and 113b with two drawings of flowers, dividers consisting of gold and polychrome cartouches, in a fine stamped and gilt Ottoman binding, with flap
Condition
In very good condition, the margins are overall clean with only minor commentaries, minor various stains and rubbing affecting the opening bifolium and the illustrations, as viewed.
