Condition
The painting has been examined outside of the frame. The mounted painting has been backed with paper at a later point. There are some overall light stains on the upper part of the painting. There are long horizontal creases (visible in the catalogue illustration) and small vertical creases. There are small losses to the paper on the right side of the painting, and a ca. 2 x 2 cm restoration to the upper left corner. There is a ca. 3 cm diagonal tear to the lower right corner. The paper is less yellow and whiter than the catalogue illustration suggests.
