The painted surfaces present with minor craquelure throughout, and with some scratches and minor areas of discoloration, all consistent with age and gentle use. The edges and corners of the screen with some minor wear and losses throughout, also consistent with age and gentle use. The lower portion of the proper left screen with two slightly more prominent scratches, the longer scratch located about 8 ¼ inches from the bottom edge measuring approximately 3 ¾ inches with an associated abrasion measuring approximately 3/8 x 3/8 inch. The brass elements with some oxidation and rubbing throughout. The reverse top edge of the same panel with a minor instance of lifting to the paint measuring approximately 1 x ½ inch. An attractive and stylish screen from a high-style modernist designer.
