Condition
This work is in very good condition overall. The canvas is unlined. There is evidence of some surface soiling particularly to the perimeter. Under close inspection, there are a few scattered minor surface accretions and a few, very minor pinpoint losses to the black pigment, possibly from the time of execution and due to the artist's working method and choice of medium. Only visible under very close inspection, there is a very minor, unobtrusive fray to the canvas on the left turning edge. Under Ultraviolet light inspection there is no evidence of restoration. Framed.
