Description
- alabaster
- Height 25.3 cm.
carved in three sections, with rectangular base, fluted stem, and rectangular abacus supporting the crescentic pillow, possibly one or more of the elements of later date.

Condition
Base: top of raised circle stippled to increase adherence to shaft. Shaft: underside stippled to increase adherence to base. Top carved flat with rounded tenon in centre. Pillow: 1 by ½ inch fragment broken and repaired at one end, small chip under edge of one of the long sides. Quadrangular base of pillow has hemispherical hole in centre, allowing it to stand on the shaft, albeit precariously.
