Condition
Overall the condition of the terracotta is good, with minor dirt and wear to the surface consistent with age. There is a slip to the surface, which may conceal some condition points. There are a few chips, including to the proper left big toe, to the tree stump, and to the edges of the integral base. There is some minor residue at the proper right hip. There is some general wear to the wood base, consistent with age, including dust and minor losses. The base is carved in sections, with slightly open but stable joints. There is a corroded oval metal plaque at the front of the wood base.
