Condition
Overall the condition of the bust is good, with minor dirt and wear to the surface consistent with age. There is minor stable craquelure to the glazing throughout, consistent with the material. The glazing appears slightly yellowish in the crevices. There are some small specks of surface dirt, in particular to the drapery on the proper right side, the proper left shoulder, and the drapery hanging from the bosom. There are minor losses to the tips of the crescent moon. There is wear to the ebonised wood socle, including rubbing at the edges and some surface dirt.
