Condition
Overall very good original color and condition. Light natural wear to surfaces and extremities commensurate with age and use. Chair: Please note that the legs are oak, not teak. There is slight wear through the leather piping at the extremity of one arm and a small ident to the top of the wood armrest. The opposite armrest has a stitch repaired split to the leather approximately 1 ½ inches long. There is a patch repair to the top edge of the back rest approximately 1 inch x ½ inch. There is a glue repair to a small V shaped tear to the front/left side of the seat rest approximately 1 inch x 1 inch. There is a small patch repair to the front edge of the seat rest. The seat cushion has one original side - with visible professional stabilization to a leather crack - common for age - and of a matching leather finish, and the reverse is new leather. There is a flake loss chip to the back edge of one leg. Overall despite these issues the chair presents well and in our opinion exhibits an attractive age patina. Sold together with an extra fabric seat cushion
Ottoman: Light natural wear to surfaces and extremities commensurate with age and use. The ottoman retains a firm structure and in our opinion presents well.
